Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken breast
, 2 medium-cooked carrots,
2 tablespoons of
cream cheese or ricotta,
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional for a creamier texture),
1 clove of garlic (optional)
, salt and pepper to taste,
a drizzle of
olive oil or lemon juice for a special touch

Preparation:
Cook the chicken breast in
salted and seasoned water, if desired (you can steam or boil it). Steam
the carrots until very tender.
In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the shredded chicken, diced carrots, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic (if using), and a drizzle of oil or lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
