Hi, we are removing inactive members from the group. Say something to keep you active. Deep-fried juicy buns


 Ingredients:
– 300 g    wheat  flour
– 1 tsp  sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp dry yeast
– 200 ml lukewarm water
– 2 tbsp oil
– Oil for frying
– Chopped herbs for garnish
Preparation:


1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.

2. Add lukewarm water and oil and knead into a soft dough.

3. Divide the dough into small balls and let them rise for 30 minutes.

4. Shape each ball into a flatbread and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

5. Sprinkle chopped bread over the finished buns.
