Personally, I drink this beneficial herbal tea throughout the day, like water. I even sometimes brew tea or coffee in it. About a month later, I noticed that I was no longer waking up every hour at night, but only once or twice. After a month and a half, I was waking up at most once a night. My husband started drinking it earlier and now sleeps peacefully until morning without waking up. I sincerely hope this method will bring you the same benefits!

After reading this method, I immediately went out into the garden. I have sour cherries growing under my windows; so I easily picked a few branches of the right length, stripped the leaves, and in the evening sprinkled them with warm water, letting them sit until morning. Then I rinsed them well, mixed them with one part branches to four parts water , brought them to a boil, and simmered them for 15 minutes over low heat . Once the decoction had cooled, I filtered it and began to drink it throughout the day, without restriction.
