- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes

Directions
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, milk or dairy-free alternative, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a sliced strawberry or banana if desired.
