1 box Ritz crackers
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Lay half of the Ritz crackers flat on a clean surface.
Spread a small amount of the cheese mixture evenly onto each cracker.
Top with the remaining crackers to form sandwich crackers.
Gently press each sandwich together to secure the filling.
