Ingredients:
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
6 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook and crumble sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over biscuit dough.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over the egg mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
