Potato and mozzarella crepes: you must try these galettes


 Ingredients:
3-4 peeled and boiled potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Mozzarella or stretched cream cheese to taste

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Then mash them and add salt, pepper, cornstarch, and mayonnaise.

Once you have a smooth mixture, shape the crepes by filling them with mozzarella or other cheese.

Cook them in a pan with oil.
