Melt-in-Your-Mouth Shortbread

    1/4 cup 

 cornstarch
1 1/2 cups all-purpose
 flour
1/2 cup confectioners’

     sugar
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions :


    Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, flour, and confectioners’ sugar.
    Cut in the softened butter until the mixture comes together and forms a smooth dough.
    Press the dough into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan, or shape into individual cookies.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
    Let the shortbread cool completely before slicing or serving.
