When your nerves can’t take it anymore

 

There comes a point when your body starts reacting before your mind does — your hands shake, your heart races, and even the smallest sound feels like too much.
You’re not crazy. You’re just exhausted.

You’ve been carrying too many worries, hiding too many emotions, and pretending to be strong for too long.
People don’t understand how heavy it feels to stay calm when everything inside you is breaking.

Sometimes, you don’t need advice. You don’t need anyone to tell you “stay positive.”
You just need peace — silence, space, and a few deep breaths to remind your nervous system that it’s safe again.

If you’re reading this and your nerves feel like they’re on fire — take a break.
