When I’m feeling lazy, I always make this dessert. Napoleon in a glass. You’ll just have to lick your fingers. Eaten in 2 minutes

Not every sweet-tooth can imagine life without dessert.
However, we’re often too lazy to worry about preparing it.
Today we offer you a Napoleon recipe that’s easy to make right in a jar.

Products:

Preparation of shortcrust pastry crumbs:

Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
Add the salt and sugar.
Grate the cold butter on a coarse grater.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture forms crumbs.
Fry the crumbs:
Pour the crumbs into the pan.
Place the pan on the stove over moderate heat.
Fry until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning. This will take about 8-10 minutes.

Put the sugar in a nonstick pan and add the egg yolk.
Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.
Place the pan on the stove over moderate heat.
