Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with classic Thanksgiving flavors—these are great as appetizers, snacks, or even a full meal with gravy.
Ingredients
Leftover stuffing – 4 cups
Leftover cooked turkey, finely chopped – 2 cups
Eggs – 2 (lightly beaten)
Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) – 1 cup
Chicken or turkey broth – ¼ to ½ cup (as needed to moisten)
Salt and pepper – To taste
Butter or oil – For greasing the pan
Optional: leftover gravy for serving
Instructions
Prepare the mixture
Place your leftover stuffing in a large bowl, breaking up any big clumps with your hands or a fork. Add the chopped turkey and shredded cheese, mixing everything until evenly distributed.
Add eggs and moisten
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture. Stir well. If the mixture feels too dry or crumbly to hold together, add broth a little at a time. You want a texture that forms balls easily without falling apart.
Shape the stuffing balls
Scoop a small handful of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form firm balls, about the size of a golf ball. Continue until all the mixture is used.
Bake the stuffing balls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or oil. Place the stuffing balls evenly across the sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
Serve and enjoy
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with leftover gravy drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce.
