Classic Fudge Recipe


 

Rich, creamy, and indulgent, this classic fudge is a timeless treat that comes together with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or whenever you’re craving something sweet and chocolatey.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk

     

    • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

    • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions

     

    Step 1: Combine Ingredients

    In a large saucepan over high heat, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking frequently.

    Step 2: Simmer

    Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Step 3: Add Chocolate and Fluff

    Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth, then fold in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract.

    Step 4: Set the Fudge

    Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

    Step 5: Cool and Slice

    Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares and enjoy.
