Ingredients
200g (about 7 oz) shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove

Salt & black pepper to taste

4 cups shredded lettuce or mixed greens

½ avocado, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh cilantro for garnish

For Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

½ tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of chili flakes

Instructions
Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.
Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, layer lettuce, avocado slices, and red onion.
Add cooked shrimp on top.
Make the Dressing
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and chili flakes.
Assemble & Serve
Drizzle dressing over the salad.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
