Homemade Egg Noodles – Just 5 Ingredients


 Ingredients:

    1 egg
    2 egg yolks
    3 tablespoons cold water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:


    In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and egg yolks until light and fluffy.
    Add the cold water and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until a 

 dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5–7 minutes.
Roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
Bring a pot of
 salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 7–9 minutes, or until tender.
Serve immediately or use in your favorite recipe, especially

     chicken soup.

Storage:

    Refrigerator: Store uncooked noodles for 2–3 days.
    Freezer: Store uncooked noodles for 1–2 months.

Serving Suggestions:

Perfect in chicken noodle soup, with butter and herbs, or paired with a creamy sauce.
