Ingredients
Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar (optional but recommended)
1 cup milk
½ cup melted butter
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1–2 Tbsp lemon juice
Zest of ½ lemon (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Stir in milk until just combined; gently fold in blueberries.
Pour melted butter into an 8×8 baking dish.
Spread the biscuit dough on top of the butter (don’t mix).
Cut into squares in the pan and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar + lemon juice to make the glaze.
Drizzle over warm biscuits and serve.
