5-Minute Spicy Potato Breakfast (Aloo Masala)


 Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 1–2

Ingredients:
1 cup boiled potato cubes
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped onion (optional)
1 small
 tomato (or 2 tbsp tomato paste)
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp red  chili flakes or green chili
½ tsp  cumin seeds
Fresh coriander (optional)

 Quick Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
Add onion and sauté 30 seconds.
Add tomato, salt, turmeric & chili → cook 1 minute.
Add boiled potatoes and mix well.
Cook on high flame 2–3 minutes, mash lightly.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Best With:
Roti / paratha
Bread toast
Leftover rice
