Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle more cheese on top (the cheesier, the better!).
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and melty.
Final Result
You’ll have beautifully golden, cheesy tortilla wraps with a savory, flavorful beef filling. The tortillas bake up slightly crispy on the outside while staying soft inside, and the melted cheese creates a deliciously gooey, comforting bite.
Serve them with sour cream, salsa, or fresh toppings for an irresistible meal that both kids and adults love.
Tips for the Best Tortilla Beef Wraps
Use flour tortillas—they roll better and bake softer.
Don’t overfill or the wraps may burst open.
Add veggies like bell peppers, spinach, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Make it creamy by mixing 2–3 tablespoons of cream cheese directly into the beef filling.
Make ahead friendly: Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours, then bake when needed.
Freezer friendly: Wrap unbaked tortillas in foil and freeze for up to 2 months.
