1 sheet puff pastry or croissant dough
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Peach Filling:
1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg or almond extract (optional)
Crumble Topping (Optional):
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Glaze (Optional):
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk or cream
¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
Make the filling: Combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Simmer 5–7 minutes until jammy. Cool completely.
Preheat & prep: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
Prepare dough: Roll dough into a ¼-inch rectangle and cut into squares to fit the cups.
Assemble: Press dough squares into muffin cups. Fill each with 1–2 tbsp peach filling and sprinkle crumble topping if desired.
Bake: Brush tops with melted butter. Bake 15–20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Finish: Drizzle glaze over cooled cruffins. Sprinkle extra cinnamon or nuts for garnish.
