Deviled Egg Dip Delight (a.k.a. Humpty Dumpty Dip)
This fun and flavorful twist on traditional deviled eggs turns them into a creamy, scoopable dip that’s perfect for get-togethers, game days, or anytime snacking. It’s zesty, rich, and sure to disappear fast at any party!
Ingredients
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika (plus more for garnish)
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons chopped chives (divided)
Optional: sliced pickles for garnish
Crackers, veggie sticks, or pretzels for serving

1. Prep the Eggs:
Place 6 whole hard-boiled eggs into a food processor. Slice the remaining 6 eggs and remove the yolks, adding them to the processor. Set the egg whites from these aside for later.
2. Make the Dip Base:
To the egg mixture, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and 1 teaspoon of chives. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in Egg Whites:
Coarsely chop the reserved egg whites and stir them into the blended mixture by hand to add texture.
4. Garnish and Serve:
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining chives and a dusting of paprika. Top with sliced pickles if using. Chill before serving.
