Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo

Ingredients:**

**Lobster tails** – 2 (split in half)

**Lump crab meat** – 1 cup (fresh or canned)

Instructions:**

Cook the Pasta**
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook
**fettuccine** until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

Prepare the Seafood**
– Season
**lobster tails**,
**crab meat**, and
**salmon chunks** with
**Cajun seasoning**,
**salt**, and
**pepper**.
– Heat 2 tbsp
**butter** in a skillet over medium heat.
– Sear
**lobster tails**, flesh side down, for 3 minutes, then flip and cook until opaque. Remove and set aside.
– In the same skillet, cook
**salmon chunks** until golden, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce**
– Add the remaining 2 tbsp
**butter** to the skillet. Sauté
**minced garlic** until fragrant.
Pour in
**heavy cream** and bring to a gentle simmer.
– Gradually whisk in
**Parmesan cheese** until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.

Combine the Dish**
– Return
**lobster tails**,
**crab meat**, and
**salmon** to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
– Add the cooked
**fettuccine** and mix well to combine.
