Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
#Ingredients :
3 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
2 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
2 tablespoons melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Mix in the drained sweet corn until fully coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
In a small bowl, combine the crushed buttery crackers with the melted butter, then spread the mixture over the cheese layer.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the topping is golden.
