How to Make Alfredo Chicken Wings Recipe

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Wings Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels – this is crucial for achieving crispy skin. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Step 2: Bake the Wings Arrange the seasoned wings on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This setup allows air to circulate around the wings, ensuring they cook evenly and develop a crispy exterior. Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce While the wings are baking, prepare the alfredo sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.

Step 4: Finish the Sauce Bring the cream mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. If using nutmeg, add it now. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley. The sauce should coat the back of a spoon when ready.

Step 5: Combine and Serve Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the warm alfredo sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat evenly. Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan
